Terms of Use for Mindful Body

By downloading or using Mindful Body, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
License
Alexander Loth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mindful Body for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Subscriptions
Mindful Body offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) and a one-time lifetime purchase:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
Health Disclaimer
Mindful Body is a body composition tracking tool and is not a medical device. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. BMI calculations, trends, and insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.
Data and Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Mindful Body performs calculations (such as BMI) based on your input and does not guarantee the accuracy of derived metrics. Data stored via iCloud is subject to Apple’s iCloud Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Mindful Body are the property of Alexander Loth and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Mindful Body is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alexander Loth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
